Dave, Dave, he's our man If he can't build it, nobody can. He can renovate, initiate and do it all cheap, And all the while he working, you'll hear bleep, bleep. Don't worry about the trash, He'll take care of that too And when it's all over, your house will be like new. Dave did most of the work on our $500,000 reconstruction project. This included building a bridge, a two-room addition (and all the windows, doors, painting, trim, etc. tha go with it), an iron wood deck, a lot of tile work (done with innovative and unique patterns), and the redesign, reframing, replumbing and restructuring of thousands of square feet of space. Additionally, he supervised sub-contractors who did an enormous amount of woodwork, flooring and other work on the house. We have been involved with other in the construction business in this area and feel knowledgeable in saying that Dave is the most honest contractor (arguably, an oxymoron) in Utah County. He will do what he says he will do, in the right way, for what he says it would cost. You are welcome to come to our house and see his work. Dave's Construction has done extensive work on our home, we had him remodel our rambler and make a master bedroom suite out of the two end bedrooms a couple of years ago, we loved it so much, we had him come back and put a HUGE addition on our kitchen. He knocked out the back wall and put on a 25' x 35' family room, kitchen and dining area. We also had him finish an apartment under the addition which has been great for our adult children. We would highly recommend Dave's Construction for any project big or small, he is not only very good, but reasonable and more important, honest.
